오늘 우리는 한미글로벌 창립 30주년이라는 역사적인 이정표 앞에 서 있습니다. 지난 30년 동안 한미글로벌의 눈부신 성장과 발전을 위해 헌신해 주신 임직원 여러분과 가정을 지켜주신 가족 분들께 진심으로 감사의 말씀을 드립니다.

30년이라는 시간은 결코 짧지 않습니다. 하나의 기업이 30년간 생존하는 것도 경이로운 일이지만, 끊임없이 시장을 선도하며 새로운 길을 개척하는 것은 아무나 할 수 없는 위대한 여정입니다.

돌이켜보면, 우리가 첫발을 내딛은 1996년 대한민국 건설업계에 PM(Project Management)은 너무나 생소한 개념이었습니다. 모두가 시공 중심의 패러다임에 갇혀 있을 때, 우리는 발주자의 관점에서 프로젝트를 통합 관리하는 새로운 시대를 꿈꿨습니다.

우리에겐 확신이 있었습니다. 건설 프로젝트는 단순히 건설하는 행위를 넘어, 올바른 기획과 투명한 프로젝트 관리, 전문적인 조율이 뒷받침될 때 비로소 성공적으로 완성된다는 믿음이었습니다. 그 믿음 하나로 우리는 대한민국 PM의 역사를 써왔고, 이제는 세계 66개국에 진출하여 글로벌 기업들과 당당히 경쟁하는 세계적인 회사로 우뚝 섰습니다. 이 모든 것은 불가능에 도전해 온 여러분의 열정이 만들어 낸 '위대한 혁신의 역사'입니다.

그러나 저는 오늘, 한미글로벌의 성과를 단순히 매출이나 규모로만 평가하고 싶지 않습니다. 우리가 가장 자랑스럽게 여겨야 할 자산은 바로 '사람'과 '우리가 사회에 기여해 온 가치'입니다.

우리는 기업의 역할이 이윤 창출에만 머물러서는 안 된다고 믿었습니다.

 사회복지법인 ‘따뜻한동행’을 통해 장애인과 소외계층의 든든한 버팀목이 되어주었고,

 ‘한반도미래인구연구원’을 설립하여 대한민국의 가장 시급한 미래 과제인 인구 문제를 정면으로 마주해 왔으며,

 ‘건설산업비전포럼’과 ‘한반도국토포럼’을 통해 국가와 산업이 나아갈 비전을 제시해 왔습니다.

기업이 성장할수록 사회적 책임도 함께 커져야 한다는 우리의 철학을 30년간 묵묵히 실천해 온 것입니다.

자랑스러운 한미글로벌 가족 여러분,

창립 30주년은 지나온 날을 자축하는 결승선이 아닙니다. 세계를 무대로 더 크게 도약할 새로운 출발선입니다.

지금 우리는 인공지능이 산업의 구조와 일하는 방식을 근본적으로 바꾸는 거대한 전환기(AX)를 지나고 있습니다. 앞으로의 한미글로벌은 AI기술을 가장 전형적이고 적극적으로 활용하는 선구적 기업이 되어야 합니다.

그러나 기억합시다. AI 시대에도 변하지 않는 본질은 바로 '사람의 가치'와 창립 이래 우리가 끊임없이 던져온 '왜 이 일을 하는가(Why)'에 대한 질문입니다. 기술이 아무리 발전해도 꿈을 꾸고, 질문을 던지며, 책임을 지고 새로운 미래를 설계하는 것은 결국 '사람'입니다.

우리는 단순히 기술을 쫓는 기업이 아니라, 기술을 통해 고객에게 더 큰 가치를 전하는 기업이 될 것입니다. 효율성을 높이는 단계를 넘어, 고객과 사회가 가장 신뢰하는 기업, 그리고 무엇보다 구성원이 주인이 되어 스스로가 자부심과 행복을 느끼며 신나게 일하는 일터를 만들어 갈 것입니다.

지난 30년이 대한민국에 없던 새로운 길을 개척한 역사였다면, 앞으로의 30년은 세계와 함께 인류의 미래를 디자인하는 여정이 될 것입니다. 이 위대한 여정의 주인공은 바로 이 자리에 계신 여러분 한 분 한 분입니다.

지난 30년 동안 함께 기적을 만들어 주셔서 진심으로 감사합니다.

Dear HanmiGlobal family members,

And to the leaders and colleagues of our affiliate companies who have joined us for this meaningful event ? welcome, and thank you.

Today, we stand before a historic milestone: the 30th anniversary of our founding. To every one of our members and their families, who have devoted yourselves to HanmiGlobal’s remarkable growth over the past thirty years, I offer my most heartfelt gratitude.

Thirty years is no small span of time. For a company to simply survive for thirty years is remarkable in itself; but to lead the market without pause, forging new paths along the way, is an extraordinary feat that few can ever achieve.

Looking back, when we took our first steps in 1996, Project Management was an unfamiliar concept in the Korean construction industry. While the rest of the sector remained bound to a construction-centered paradigm, we dared to envision a new era: one in which projects would be managed in an integrated way, seen through the eyes of the owner.

We, who sowed and spread the seeds of PM in such barren ground, carried a firm conviction ? the belief that fine architecture and infrastructure are never simply built, but are brought to true and successful completion only when supported by sound planning, transparent management, and professional coordination. With that single conviction, we wrote the history of PM in Korea. Today, we have expanded into 66 countries around the world and stand tall as a global firm that competes, with confidence, alongside the world’s finest. All of this is a proud legacy of innovation created by your passion in daring to challenge the impossible.

Today, I do not wish to measure our company’s achievements by revenue or scale alone. The assets of which we should be most proud are our people, and the value we have contributed to society. I have always believed that the role of a company must reach beyond the pursuit of profit.

Through the social welfare foundation ‘Walk Together’, we have been a steadfast pillar of support for people with disabilities and the underprivileged.

By establishing ‘Korean Peninsula Population Institute for Future’, we have confronted the challenge of population decline ? one of the most urgent issues facing Korea’s future.

And through the ‘Construction Vision Forum’ and the ‘Korean Peninsula Land Forum’, we have set forth a vision for the path that our nation and our industry should walk.

For thirty years, we have steadfastly upheld a single philosophy: that as a company grows, so too must its responsibility to society.

My proud HanmiGlobal family, our 30th anniversary is not merely a finish line at which to celebrate the days behind us. It is a new starting line ? one from which to leap higher still onto the world stage.

We are now passing through a period of profound transformation, an age of AX, in which artificial intelligence is fundamentally reshaping the structure of industry and the very way we work. The HanmiGlobal of tomorrow must become a pioneering company ? one that harnesses future technologies such as AI in the most creative and proactive way.

Yet we must hold fast to this truth: even in the age of AI, the essence that does not change is the value of people, and the question we have asked without ceasing since the day we were founded ? Why do we do this work? However far technology may advance, it is, in the end, people who dream, who ask the questions, who take responsibility, and who design a new future.

We will not be a company that merely chases technology, but one that uses technology to deliver ever greater value to our clients. Beyond simply raising efficiency, we will build a company most trusted by our clients and by society ? and, above all, a workplace where every member takes pride in their work and finds genuine happiness in it.

If the past thirty years were a history of pioneering new paths where none had existed in Korea, the next thirty will be a journey of designing the future of humanity, together with the world. And this bold journey belongs to each and every one of you, here in this room today.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for creating the miracles of these past thirty years together.

Let us now begin the new thirty years we will walk together ? with even greater pride, and even greater hope.
